Are you interested in eating and enjoying fresh, healthful, organic fruit and vegetables?
Do you love the taste of garden-grown vegetables, and don't have the time to tend a garden?
Do you want to save $$ off of store prices for organic produce?

WestSide Organic Co-op is a satellite of Central City Co-op (www.centralcityco-op.org). We provide the same produce at the same prices--now with a convenient suburban location.

Every Wednesday ORGANIC FRUITS AND VEGETABLES are available in a variety of combinations and sizes.

We work hard to put together economical assortments of fruits and veggies to meet the needs of a variety of folks. If you choose to order shares, you get a bonus 10% free--f'rex, a $10 veggie order has $11 worth of veggies! Here's the current selection:

Basic Veggie: Organic veggies from both local growers and a national distributor (Country Fresh). We try to have at least one green leafy and 3-6 other assorted veggies. $10 (generally fits in a plastic grocery bag)

Veggie Plus: This is a Basic Veggie with two to four additional items--generally one of them an extra green. $15 (generally fits in a paper grocery bag.)
@LIWhole Fruit Share: A mix of seasonal fruits (mostly distributor, but local when available) $10

Half Fruit Share: More or less one-half of a Whole Fruit Share

@LIGundermann's Choice Share: a box packed full of seasonal produce, locally and organically grown from Peachland Farms in Wharton. $17.50 The box is @12" x 14" x 16".]

ORDERING

Share Orders placed AND PAID FOR by 8 PM Wednesday are available for the following Wednesday delivery.

Orders can be placed and paid for each Wednesday at the co-op for the following week(s) via an order form provided at the co-op.

WEDNESDAY PICKUP

Produce shares are available for pickup every Wednesday FROM 11 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 to 7:00 PM at 5920 Hwy 6 N, just south of West Little York in the Casa Ole strip center.

Orders not picked up by Wednesday evening (unless arrangements have been made with Katy) will be donated to local organizations providing meals to people currently needing assistance with nourishment.
